An early assignment of the Graphic Design Diploma, a poster for Harmony day. We started by scribbling anything that came to mind, these are some of the rough concepts I was playing with.

I wanted to go for something different. so choose to go with the Hills Hoist idea. An icon everyday Australian item. I want to reflect everyday people of many cultures by hanging a range of clothing articles on the cloths line. Here was the final result:

Looking back it didn’t quiet achieve want I wanted, as it was too hard to recognise the different articles of clothing from silhouette, but it was a good experiment and I’m still pretty happy with how it turned out.
